Health Minister, Mr. M. Voridis, was briefed on the One Day Clinic “N. Kourkoulos’” progress of works on Monday at noon.
Mrs. Marianna Latsis welcomed the Minister and together they visited the Center’s facilities, whose expected delivery is set in December.
Engineers as well as doctors informed both Mr. Voridis and Mrs. Latsis about the services patients will soon be able to utilize, stressing out that upon commencing operation, the Center will be identified as exemplary.
The Minister of Health noted:
“I would like to personally thank Mrs. Latsis as well as the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation –administrator of the donation- for the creation of the One Day Clinic. It is an honour for the clinic to be named after “Nikos Kourkoulos”; not only was he a distinguished artist but also left his mark on the Greek National Theatre’s organization. I regard Mrs. Latsis’s donation of great importance for it demonstrates how emotions can generate momentous actions. Naturally, upon completion of the works, it is our sole responsibility to operate the Clinic in the most optimal way. Thank you again. We are all thankful."
Mrs. Marianna Latsis mentioned:
“Those who work for this project do so with love and faith. We are all doing everything within our powers to deliver the Clinic as soon as possible since personal experience has taught me that time can save lives. Your visit here, Mr. Minister, gives us the strength to carry on."
