R E S O L U T I O N 

The Executive Board of the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, on hearing of the death of the Foundation’s Co-founder and President of its Supervisory Board

Henrietta J. Latsis

has held an extraordinary meeting and hereby resolves:

1. that condolences be expressed to the family of the deceased on behalf of the members of the Foundation’s Executive Board.
2. that the flags be displayed at half-mast as a sign of mourning at the Foundation’s offices for 5 days.
3. that the Foundation’s offices be closed on 29 December 2022.
4. that this resolution be published in the Press.
