The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation informs undergraduate scholars whose scholarship started in 2014-2015, 2015-2016 that the renewal process for the 2016-2017 academic year is now open.
Scholars must submit the following documents:
Certified transcript of records.
Tax return form for the fiscal year 2016 regarding the family income and, if applicable, the personal income.
Certified solemn declaration regarding the parents’ permanent place of residence.
The submission must be made through the Scholarship Online System of the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, which can be accessed here using the username and password previously created by each scholar.
The process for the submission of applications for renewal will be completed on Tuesday, 29 November 2016.
